What is Palms Capra?

It is a Colombian men's fashion brand that combines modern tailoring with timeless elegance, featuring garments crafted with 100% Colombian workmanship.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are shipped from Colombia the same or next business day the order is made, depending on the destination, orders may take 5–14 days.

How do warranties, exchanges, and/or returns work?

We accept exchanges or returns—no explanation required—provided the request is made within 15 days of receiving the order and the item remains in perfect condition. Tags must remain attached to the garment and in perfect condition for an exchange or return to be accepted.

We offer a 90-day warranty, provided that the washing instructions for each garment are followed and no force majeure incident occurs that falls outside the scope of our quality standards.

These policies apply to purchases made directly through our website or at our own physical stores. They do not apply to purchases made at our distributors' physical locations.
